Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit (in the form of a gift card), a different item of equivalent value, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Stickers purchases cannot be returned, but in the event of damages or quality issues, please contact our team via email at: support@crybabycat.com. Please provide the original order number and pictures of the product in the email.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in original product packaging.
- International* (*outside of the US and Canada) orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- As we are a small team, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days to process your refund, store credit, return, and/or replacement product. We ask that you be patient with us! :)
- In the event your package is lost, please reach out to the courier directly and notify us ASAP by replying to the original order confirmation email.
